Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how Trindade Rodrigues, Lda (Triconta Digital) handles the personal data of people who visit this website or contact us, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller
Trindade Rodrigues, Lda, Av. da República, 48, 3.º Esq., 1050-195 Lisboa, Portugal. Contact: geral@tricontadigital.pt, +351 928 145 019.
What data we process and why
- Contact and quote requests (form, email, phone or WhatsApp): your name, email, phone number, company and the message you send, so we can reply and prepare a proposal for our services.
- Meeting bookings: the details you provide when booking, so we can organise and confirm the meeting.
- Visitor statistics: aggregated, anonymous data about how the website is used, with no cookies and without identifying visitors.
Legal basis
We process your data to respond to your requests and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for the anonymous statistics, on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the website (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for as long as needed to respond and, if no contract follows, for up to 2 years. If you become a client, your data is then governed by the service agreement and by the legal retention periods that apply to accounting work.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass on your data. We use providers that process it on our behalf and on our instructions: website hosting, form delivery, email and, when used, the meeting booking service. Where any of these providers processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is done with the safeguards required by the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).
Contact through WhatsApp goes through Meta’s service and is also subject to that service’s terms and privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, and object to its processing, by writing to geral@tricontadigital.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
